How it works

Dide is a digital platform for pedagogical intervention that collects information from the child through online questionnaires to parents, teachers and any individual or professional invited to participate.

Purchase a Dide study (45,5€ + VAT) or an unlimited annual fee for your cabinet (1.500€ + VAT). You will have access to the environment where you can register the children and adjust the indicators according to your needs.

Before the first visit, invite parents to fill in the questionnaire individually and people close to the child/children (up to 8 participants).

Immediately, you will receive online the child’s profile and reports with orientation guidelines, detailed and adapted to the child’s profile. Download a sample report.

Which subscription is better for me: annual or pay-per-use?
The choice of subscription plan should be based on the frequency of use required. For more than 50 studies per year, an annual subscription at an unlimited flat rate is more profitable. For smaller amounts, you can contract a bag of studies, or individually, with a unit cost per complete study and no annual expiration date.

What does not renewing 1 year imply?
If you decide not to renew at the end of the contracted year, you will still be able to access the platform to review your records. If you wish to create new studies, they will be processed in PPU (pay-per-use) format, paying for each Dide study. The unlimited flat rate can be reactivated at any time.
If you have not created any new studies in two years, your Dide environment will be deleted, along with all history of reports, studies, associated accounts and Big Data.

Who should complete the questionnaire?
The parent or guardian, close relatives, those responsible for the child’s education, school and extracurricular activity teachers, and other professionals who are treating the child may be involved. Each guest will always answer individually, especially the father and mother. The child NEVER responds.

Who can see the results of the study?
Dide reports are confidential. By Privacy Policy, only the person who administers Dide and creates the studies has access to them. The results can be downloaded, shared and printed for distribution to participants, if deemed necessary.

Is the tool available in multiple languages?
Yes. Dide is multilingual: Spanish, Spanish Latam and English, soon new languages are being incorporated
